Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RallyHub (the “Service”), a multi-tenant table-tennis management platform operated by [Your Company Name] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization (a “Club”), you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

1. The Service

RallyHub lets clubs, academies, schools, leagues and tournament organizers manage members, training, tournaments, live scoring, rankings, payments and communication within their own isolated workspace (“tenant”).

2. Accounts & eligibility

• •You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• •You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the members you invite.
• •Roles you assign (Owner, Admin, Coach, Referee, etc.) determine what each user can access.
• •For members under 18, you confirm you have obtained the necessary parental/guardian consent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service unlawfully or to store unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• •Attempt to access another tenant’s data or bypass the platform’s isolation and security.
• •Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• •Upload malware or misuse another person’s personal data.

4. Your data

Your Club retains ownership of the data it enters (members, results, files). We process it to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Each tenant’s data is isolated from every other tenant.

5. Subscriptions & payments

• •Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period. Free trials convert only if you choose a paid plan.
• •Online payments (membership, coaching and entry fees you collect) are processed by Razorpay; their terms also apply.
• •Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• •Fees you collect from your own members are your responsibility; we are a facilitator, not the merchant of record for those fees unless stated otherwise.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may request an export of your tenant data for a limited period.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [Your City] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
